Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month, 30 days at a time. You stay as long as it's working for you.
Does HOPE work with my practice software?
HOPE connects to systems including Jane, ChiroTouch, ChiroSuite, Atlas and others. As of November 2026, the MRX connection is in final testing. With a connection, HOPE books straight into your calendar and greets known patients by name. If your system can't connect yet, HOPE takes a booking request at a time you normally see patients, and your team confirms it.
Is it compliant in Canada?
HOPE runs under PIPEDA, Canada's privacy law. Your clinic adds an AI consent line to its intake forms. The system is also set up with your provincial college rules, so what HOPE says and the content we write stay within them.
Can patients talk to a person instead?
Yes. Callers can ask for the team or the doctor at any time. During office hours HOPE passes the call through or takes a message; after hours it flags the call at the top of your list for a call back. Patients can also opt out of automated texts and calls.
What if HOPE gets something wrong?
Every call is recorded and logged. In your first month the team reviews the log weekly and tunes the answers. You choose which topics HOPE never answers, and those always go to a person.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It's your website and your code. If you ever leave, you can download it and take it with you.
